What’s Included:
- A comprehensive assessment of the patient’s condition and treatment needs.
- Monitoring of vital signs, such as blood pressure, temperature, and heart rate.
- Assisting with wound care and dressing changes.
- Wound cleaning and Dressing.
- Dressing changes and wound management.
- Assessing the wound and monitoring the healing process.
- Educating the patient on proper wound care, including self-care and follow-up care instructions.
- Does not include Drainage care or Tube Care
- Does not include Bathing and Personal Hygiene activities like Hair Cut, Nail Cut etc.
- Does not include Suturing service
Add-on Services (to be separately charged)
Based on your condition, the visiting Nurse may recommend doing further investigations for a definitive diagnosis or may need to give wound or surgical dressing if your condition requires which will be charged separately.
